We also offer a complete holiday cottage management package including guest support, cottage maintenance and property set-up - making ownership of a holiday cottage a profitable business without the hard work and administration.
Guest Support: This is an essential and necessary service when renting your cottage and we provide it 24/7. Should there be a question, problem, fault or issue at your cottage, guests can contact us directly so that we can resolve it.
If necessary, we will either visit the cottage to resolve the problem, or we will co-ordinate our team of specialist contractors.
Property Set-up: For cottages new to the holiday market - or undertaking a refurbishment - we can clean and set up the property, including helping you select appropriate furniture and fixtures & fittings. From our own hands-on experience we know what would be comfortable for guests providing the home from home they are seeking and add some ‘wow’ to the property, yet clean easily and wear well.
Cottage Maintenance: As part of our 24/7 holiday cottage property maintenance service, we can provide every service possible for urgent call outs, essential maintenance and legally compliant planned maintenance, including:
In 2009 we achieved over 45 bookings at each of our cottages. Bookings for 2010 are running at a similar level.
We offer guests a very personalised service, keeping in touch with them at all stages in their holiday.
We will always be flexible wherever we can, to accommodate the start date / day and length of holiday guests prefer.
In our view, there is never any excuse for a cottage not to be spotlessly clean for every new guest – 100% clean 100% of the time.
