We also offer a complete holiday cottage changeover package including cleaning, linen changes, welcome packs and meeting guests - making ownership of a holiday cottage a profitable business without the hard work and administration.  

Changeover Cleaning: We usually carry out a changeover clean on the guests’ day of departure, which ensures that any property problems are identified early. Our housekeepers carry out a detailed property check at two points. The first is following the guests’ departure, to identify any problems with the property or inventory. The second check is done after the cottage is clean and prepared for the guest to ensure that all inventory is in the right place and properly presented, that the clean is thorough, and that any problems identified on the earlier check have been addressed.  

On every changeover, your property would be cleaned throughout to ensure that every trace of the previous guests is removed.  In addition, we make all the beds with fresh linen, provide fresh towels, put out the kitchen and dining linens and present the property with sundry items and welcome gifts.  

If our Housekeepers find any property maintenance issue during the changeover or any other visit, then they will action our property management team who will either resolve the problem themselves or manage the immediate response of your preferred specialist contractors.  

Linens and Laundry: If you already have your own linen and towels, or are looking to purchase them, then we can provide you with a full managed laundry service. We can supply a large range of quality linen and towels at competitive prices.  

Meet & Greet: We can ensure that guests are met guests on their arrival, show them round the cottage, make sure they have everything they need and give them the keys. If your property has been empty for 7 days or more and guests are due, then we carry out a check & refresh - carrying out pre- arrival checks for such things as heating and hot water, re-dusting etc.  

Linen Only Changes: Guests staying for longer periods – e.g. on a two-week booking – require a complete change of linen. We would strip and remake the beds and provide fresh towels, tea towels, table cloth and oven gloves mid-way through their occupancy.  

Deep Clean: At least twice a year – sometimes more often - we would expect to deep clean the property using steam and carpet cleaners.
